On October 22, 2011 at 7:15 p.m. Mobile Police began an investigation into four people shot while at a party in the intersection of Ann Street and Arlington Street. Through the investigation, detectives have identified 20 year old Jermaine Dewion Davis as the person responsible for the shootings. Tuesday at approximately 1:00 p.m. officers from the Mobile Police Ranger Unit located Davis at Antwerp Street and Plover Street. Jermaine Dewion Davis has been arrested and charged with four counts of Assault Second Degree.
