Hoszel Gibbs, black male, 31 years of age, of Florida Avenue was arrested and charged with Theft by Fraudulent Leasing with a $5,000 bond.

On
May 4, 2012 the
Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest after concluding a recent
investigation. Police say in January 2012, Hoszel Gibbs entered into a rental
lease contract with Discover Rental, 1481
Westgate Parkway, for several furniture items. The
business records showed Gibbs failed to make the required payments and
disregarded notices from the company to return the merchandise. Investigators
say this case will now be closed following the arrest.
