Pennsylvania man arrested for theft of services

Dothan, Al.
Barry Montag, white male, 45 years of age, of Pennsylvania was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Services.
 
On December 22, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to the Clarion Inn Motel, 2195 Ross Clark Circle, where employees had detained a guest for theft of services. Employees explained that Barry Montag had completed his stay at their motel during which time he made over five hundred dollars in charges that he refused to pay. Upon further investigation, police learned Barry had also made charges in excess of five hundred dollars at Courtyard, 3040 Ross Clark Circle, which he had failed to pay upon checkout. Montag was arrested for theft of services.

Mark Flynn, white male, 44 years of age, of Biscayne Lane was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $2,500 bond.
 
On December 20, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft at Wal-Mart, 4310 Montgomery Highway. Security members provided police with surveillance which showed the suspect enter the business and force entry into a jewelry cabinet. The suspect then stole numerous pieces of jewelry from the cabinet before exiting the store. Investigators took over the investigation and say they have now identified and arrested Mark Flynn. The case has now been closed following the arrest.

Lekecia Killingsworth, white female, 35 years of age, of Barnard Street was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property with a $5,000 bond.

Investigators say the initial report was taken at Hobo Pantry, 2808 East Main Street, where the manager said a routine audit of an in-store ATM machine revealed cash missing. Police conducted a full investigation and have arrested employee Lekecia Killingsworth for theft.
