Police have arrested a 26-year-old Montgomery man in connection with an incident involving a juvenile who is under the age of 12, according to an Auburn Police Division news release.
According to the release, police arrested Jacurtis L. Howard, 26, on Thursday and charged him with first-degree sodomy.
According to police, his arrest stems from an investigation of a police report that was filed on Aug. 12 by the Lee County Department of Human Resources.
Police said the incident, which involved a juvenile, was reported at a residence in the 200 block of North Ross Street.
Howard has been transported to the Lee County Detention Center and his is bond set at $25,000.
