Fraudulent Use of a Debit Card arrest made

David Lee Luke, white male, 22 years of age, of Greentree Avenue was arrested and charged with two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Debit Card with bonds totaling $30,000.

The Dothan Police Department has made a felony arrest following an ongoing investigation. Police say a victim of debit card fraud filed a report after discovering between March 5 and March 6, 2012, someone fraudulently used the card to make numerous purchases. Investigators worked diligently on the case and have now identified and arrested David Lee Luke for the crime bringing this case to a close.
