Kathy Reese, black female, 32 years of age, of Citadel Avenue was arrested and charged with Theft by Fraudulent Leasing with a $10,000 bond.
On November 3, 2011 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest in a fraudulent leasing case. Investigators say they received a report from Aaron’s Rental (4111 Montgomery Highway) of a recent theft. The investigation revealed Kathy Reese entered into a lease agreement in February for a plasma television but has not paid the amount agreed upon leaving the business with a significant loss. The suspect has now been arrested and charged with Theft by Fraudulent Leasing.
