Mark Flynn, white male, 44 years of age, of Biscayne Lane was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $2,500 bond.
On December 20, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft at Wal-Mart, 4310 Montgomery Highway. Security members provided police with surveillance which showed the suspect enter the business and force entry into a jewelry cabinet. The suspect then stole numerous pieces of jewelry from the cabinet before exiting the store. Investigators took over the investigation and say they have now identified and arrested Mark Flynn. The case has now been closed following the arrest.
