Daniel Cherry, white male, 44 years of age, of Emmons Drive was arrested and charged with Violation of Notification Act with a $2,500 bond.
On November 11, 2011 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest in accordance with state laws which mandate convicted sex offenders register with local law enforcement agencies. Investigators say Daniel Cherry of Emmons Drive was arrested and charged with Violation of Notification Act.
