Jeremy Bryant, black male, 25 years of age, of South Appletree Street was arrested and charged with Second Degree Burglary with a $15,000 bond.

The Dothan Police Department responded to a residential burglary in progress in the 400 block of North Range Street at 1:35 this morning. During the burglary, the homeowner retreated to another area of the house and called 911, advising dispatch he heard someone trying to make entry into his home through a door. Patrolmen arrived quickly on scene where they found an open door and entered the home to find the intruder. Investigators say the suspect was transported to the police department where he was charged with burglary.
