2nd Runner-up, Miss Taylor, Jessi Byrd
3rd Runner-up, Miss Slocomb, Kelcey McAllister
4th Runner-up, Miss Cowarts, Ashley Lynn
Miss Congeniality was awarded to Miss Headland, Courtney LeAnn McDonald.

The Spirit of the Wiregrass award went to Miss Malvern, Jordyn Ray Taylor.In memory of Brittany Shepard Pugh, the 2004 Miss National Peanut Festival who was killed in a car accident, a $1,500 scholarship was presented to Miss Jackson County, Joelle Perkins.
