Island Lounge shooting suspect charged with additional count of murder after 2nd victim dies

MONTGOMERY, Al.
The 16-year-old arrested in  the Oct. 30 fatal shooting at the Island Lounge on East South Boulevard has been charged with an additional count of murder, following the death of a second victim.

Officers served the arrest warrant Sunday at the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where Gregory Earl Blue has been held since his Nov. 1 arrest.
Blue is now charged with one count of murder, one count of capital murder and 10 counts of attempted murder following the Oct. 30 attack. On Nov. 2, police announced he was being held in lieu of a $2 million bond related to the shootings.
The second victim Michael A. Hatcher, 18, was pronounced dead at 6:11 a.m. Nov. 5 at Baptist Medical Center South. DeSamuel L. Thomas, 20, was pronounced dead at 1:09 a.m. Oct. 30, also at Baptist Medical Center South. Nine other people suffered gunshot wounds during the attack.
The Island Lounge incident is related to the shootings at Gibbs Village, Oak Park and outside of Cramton Bowl, all between members of two feuding Montgomery rap groups the Fam Bois and Crescent Road Heroz.
