6 Arrested in Spanish Fort home invasion

 BALDWIN COUNTY, Al.
Six people have been arrested in connection with a home invasion and shooting that occurred this morning in Spanish Fort.
The suspects are also believed to have been involved in a gas station robbery that occurred shortly after the shooting, according to a news release from the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office.

Cleve Cunningham III, 19, Henry Ed Wallace, 27, Earnest Labarron Nicholson, 21, and a female juvenile were charged early this morning with first-degree assault in relation to the shooting. The four were interviewed at the Sheriff’s Office bureau in Robertsdale.
Two other suspects Kristen Hooks Daniels, 28, of Bay Minette and Jeremy Tremayne Brown, 22, of Loxley were arrested late in the afternoon in Mobile, according to Maj. Anthony Lowery, Sheriff’s Office spokesman. Both are facing first-degree assault charges.
The home invasion occurred about 12 a.m. this morning on Brown Lane in Spanish Fort. Deputies responded to the scene and found the victim, Tyson Goodman, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Goodman was taken to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, where he is listed in stable condition, the Sheriff's Office said.
Shortly after 1 a.m., the Circle K in Loxley was robbed by 3 black males brandishing a handgun. The suspects fled in a vehicle that matched the vehicle description in the shooting earlier, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Minutes after the Circle K robbery, Sheriff patrol deputies and the Bay Minette Police Department stopped a white Mercury Grand Marquis matching the vehicle description. The occupants were removed from the car and separated. A search of the vehicle revealed items of clothing consistent with the clothes worn in both cases. A hand gun was also recovered, the Sheriff's Office said.
The Loxley Police Department is investigating the Circle K robbery.
