Woman arrested for theft at Kohl’s Department Store

Stephanie Savelle, white female, 40 years of age, of West Roxburry Road was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $2,500 bond.
 

On January 10, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a felony theft at Kohl’s Department Store (4401 Montgomery Highway). Upon arrival, police spoke with loss prevention staff who had detained Stephanie Savelle for theft. Kohl’s employees stated Savelle entered the department store and took fourteen items, including jewelry and perfumes and concealed them in her purse after which she left the store. Investigators took over the investigation after officers determined the theft would constitute a felony charge due to the dollar amount taken.
