Another Meth Lab Shut Down

Caressa Lynn Bozeman                           Bobby Matthew Robertson
 Covington County, Al.
Drug Task Force Agents shut down yet another meth lab Friday afternoon. After receiving information that Bobby Matthew Robertson, 40 years old, and Caressa Lynn Bozeman, 45 years old, were manufacturing methamphetamine at their Rosen Ridge Road home near Loango, DTF Agents went to the home to investigate.
Once there, agents made contact with the couple and while speaking with them about the reports, could smell the odor associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine. DTF Agents next asked for and received consent to search the home.
During the search, DTF Agents located and recovered finished product methamphetamine, pseudo ephedrine, acetone, red phosphorus, smoking devices and a strawcontaining methamphetamine residue.
Both Robertson and Bozeman were charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Their total bonds were set at $320,000.
DTF Agent Greg Jackson said meth information continues to come into the DTF office almost daily. "The citizens of Covington County are a great help to the 5 of us here at the Task Force. Without the information they provide, we would not be anywhere near as successful as we are. I am proud to live in a place where the citizens want to help the police get rid of these dangerous labs. We encourage anyone who has any drug information to contact us."
The DTF office number is (334)222-3532
