Michael James Luke, white male, 45 years of age, was arrested and charged with Violation of the Community Notification Act with a $2,500 bond.
On January 11, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest for Violation of the Community Notification Act. During a routine registration offender check, investigators learned that a registered sex offender was not dwelling at the address he had provided to the police department but was staying at another address. The suspect was arrested for this violation.
