Eastbound lanes of the causeway across Mobile Bay are closed from the Tensaw River to the Apalachee River.
Reports are that state transportation officials say water and debris is covering lanes in both directions on the causeway.
The state has issued a flooding advisory for Dauphin Island Parkway at the Perch Creek/Dog River bridge because of water in the roadway. The center lane of the road is open for travel.
The area remains under flood warning as remnants of Tropical Storm Lee move across the state.
