Tony Mobley, black male, 53 years of age, of Springfield Lane was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property with a $5,000 bond.
On November 28, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft call in the 1000 block of South Bell Street. Upon arrival, the victim told police an inoperable vehicle had been stolen from his yard. A witness called the victim and stated she saw the vehicle being towed from the residence and was able to identify the suspect. Police were able to locate the suspect who was interviewed and subsequently charged with the crime.
