Two twin boys are recovering after nearly drowning in the family pool on Sunday.
E-911 reports showed that Covington County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the call for help at a home on Over Yonder Road in the Loango Community at approximately 11:45 a.m.
Published reports identified the children as Aaron and Samuel Maloy, the toddler sons of Jessie and Devin Malloy. According to a family member, the boys were found unresponsive by family members, who immediately began CPR. The two were transported to Andalusia Regional Hospital, and later air lifted to Sacred Heart Hospital.
As of Monday, the two were awake, breathing on their own and responding well to treatment.
