ATHENS, Al.
Jody Ferrell
Athens police arrested two people on separate charges Monday.
Athens police arrested a woman who they say used her boyfriend's debit card without his knowledge.
Capt. Floyd Johnson with Athens police said Jody Ferrell was arrested Monday by Athens investigator Chris Slaton on four counts of fraudulent use of a debit card.
Ferrell allegedly used her boyfriend's card at an ATM in Athens to fraudulently get money, Johnson said.

Athens police said Johnson kicked in an acquaintance's door at Bonnie Doone Apartments early Sunday morning.
The victim called the police and Johnson ran into the woods behind the apartments without taking anything from the apartment.
