Montgomery police arrested two brothers on charges of capital murder late Wednesday night.
Brazil L. Hart, 21, and Darnell A. Hart, 23, were each charged with one count of capital murder in connection with the death of 23-year-old Quadaryl J. Smith, who died from multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday in a Lynwood Drive apartment.
The brothers were transported to Montgomery County Detention Facilty where both are being held without bond.
Officers found Smith on Day Street unresponsive at the apartment shortly after 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Investigators developed information that identified the Harts as suspects. They were then located and taken into custody on Wednesday by members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force, Montgomery police patrol and K-9 officers.
Police said the investigation indicates that Smith, Montgomery's 30th homicide vicitm in 2011, was killed during a robbery.
