Ronald Withrow, white male, 35 years of age, of West Cook Road was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $2,500 bond.
On December 10, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft of property call at Belk’s department store. Security members of the store had detained the suspect, Ronald Withrow, after observing him leave the store with several items of jewelry which he had placed in his pockets. Withrow admitted to stealing the merchandise and was arrested for theft of property.
