Former professional football player Antwan Odom was arrested this morning on a second-degree marijuana possession charge after a traffic stop on Interstate 10, according to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
Odom was shot in the leg early in the morning of Aug. 22 at his home in Irvington, according to police records. A longtime friend, Tony Gildersleeve, was charged in connection with the incident. Odom, a defensive end with the Bengals, had been released from the team about a month before the shooting.
