Randall Justin Roberts, 33, was charged with first-degree sodomy and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies were called to the 12000 block of Buhl Cutoff Road around 2 a.m.
Witnesses told deputies they saw Roberts performing oral sex on an unconscious 23-year-old man during a party at the house, according to Capt. Loyd Baker, commander of the Tuscaloosa Metro Homicide Unit.
Roberts left the scene when witnesses stopped him. He was later arrested by deputies, Baker said.
Roberts was taken to the Tuscaloosa County Jail. His bond was set at $41,000.
