One Blackmon Grocery robber caught, one still on the loose

Tyreek Rayshun Rogers, black male, 19 years of age, of Monument Street was arrested and charged with First Degree Robbery with bond being established later today. 
On October 19, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to an armed robbery at Blackmon Grocery (1011 Fountain Street) just after 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival, police learned two black males entered the business and physically fought the clerk, one of which was armed with a handgun. The suspects stole a handgun from the business and fled on foot from the scene. On duty patrolmen and responding investigators worked diligently on this case through the night and arrested one of the suspects, Tyreek Rayshun Rogers. The Violent Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation and confirmed a second suspect still remains at large. Police are asking anyone with information about the case or identity of the second suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers 334-793-7000.
