One arrested in G-Spot firearm assault, two still on the loose

Dothan, Al.
Terae Freeman, black male, 20 years of age, of Third Avenue was arrested and charged with two counts of First Degree Robbery, First Degree Assault and Second Degree Assault with bonds totaling $1,000,000.

Just after 3:00 a.m. this morning the Dothan Police Department responded to a firearm assault at the G-Spot, 908 Columbia Highway. Upon arrival, police learned three victims were together when approached, two of which were shot in an apparent robbery attempt. The first victim told police he and his friends were approached by a black male who asked if he could borrow his phone. When he did not give him the phone, the suspect pulled a pistol and demanded his wallet which he also refused to hand over. The suspect then shot him in the hand and he along with his two friends fled running in opposite directions. The suspects then chased the second victim (who was in the original group of victims) and shot him in the shin. Investigators stated both injuries were minor, possibly inflicted by bird shot. The suspects were described as two black males, wearing dark clothing and having similar physical descriptions of being approximately 5’7 and 160 pounds with dark complexions. Additionally, the armed suspect who has now been identified and arrested had a goatee and was wearing a doorag and an L.A. Raiders cap. Police are asking anyone with information about the case or identity of the remaining suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers 334-793-7000.
