Center Stages Attorney responds to arrests of CEO Jeff Rubin and VP of Operations Mike Kneuer

The following is a letter sent to all "Media Outlets" from Center Stages Attorney:
From: M. Adam Jones, Attorney at Law

I represent RDG, II LLC the development group behind Center Stage. Much has been reported today in regard to the arrests of CEO Jeff Rubin and VP of Operations Mike Kneuer. On behalf of the company, I would like to take this opportunity to inform the Wiregrass community that the company has performed a diligent, thorough investigation into these allegations, and the company is satisfied that neither of its employees has committed wrongdoing of any kind.

Mr. Rubin is charged with felony possession of a single Xanax pill. The company has looked into this and is satisfied that this single dose of medication is actually the property of Mr. Rubin’s girlfriend, and that she was prescribed this medication by a licensed medical doctor.

Mr. Kneuer is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana which was allegedly found on the premises of Possum Holler, our bed and breakfast. The company has performed a diligent investigation into this matter, as well, and is satisfied that Mr. Kneuer is indeed innocent of the charge against him.

The Houston County Sheriffs Department has stated to the media that it believes it discovered a container of GHB (the date rape drug) on the premises of Possum Holler. The company is aware of the particular “container” in question and is confident that, once the Alabama Department of Forensic Science performs its forensic analysis, it will discover that it is in possession of a bottle of vodka, taken from the kitchen freezer.

Mr. Rubin and Mr. Kneuer have worked tirelessly to see Center Stage become a successful project, providing jobs and revenue to the Wiregrass. Their devotion to the company’s success is paramount, to the extent that both employees have offered to temporarily step aside in order that these pending charges do not result in a distraction to the company’s day to day operations. However, the company has insisted that Mr. Rubin and Mr. Kneuer remain at their positions. They are innocent of any and all charges, a fact which will ultimately be known to all citizens of the Wiregrass, just as it is known to the company and me.
