DUTTON, Alabama
DeKalb and Jackson County authorities raided a methamphetamine lab in Dutton Thursday and seized $5,000 worth of meth, Sheriff Jimmy Harris said this morning.
Harris said the DeKalb County Drug Task Force and the DeKalb County and Jackson County sheriff's offices executed a search warrant at the home of David Ray Cisco, 39, of Dutton.
Cisco was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the DeKalb County Detention Center, where he is being held for Jackson County probation authorities, Harris said.
Cisco was released from prison in January after serving time for the attempted assault of a Jackson County deputy.
