Montgomery woman pleads guilty to killing 4-year-old son

Brittany Ellis, a 24-year-old mother accused of restraining her 4-year-old child in a way that caused him to choke to death, pleaded guilty today to capital murder.
Reports state Ellis entered the plea. Police were called to the Baptist South Hospital Emergency Room Oct. 20, 2010,  about Keante Taunton, the child. An autopsy showed the child died of restraint-related asphyxia and police say the evidence suggests he had been tied up.
