Threat of showers in Montgomery area forecast through Thursday

MONTGOMERY, Alabama 
The Montgomery area National Weather Service forecast calls for a slight chance of showers this morning, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., then increasing to a 50 percent chance of showers and storms in the afternoon. High today near 79.
Tonight, a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, low around 64.
Tuesday, a 50 percent chance of storms with a high around 84.
Tuesday night, a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms and a high around 68.
Rain chances continue into Wednesday and Thursday, according to the seven-day forecast.
