Dothan man charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and First Degree Possession of Marijuana

Tony Le, Asian male, 27 years of age, of Eton Drive was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and First Degree Possession of Marijuana with a $ 5,000 bond.

On September 20, 2011 a Dothan Police Department Patrolmen conducted a routine traffic stop in the 4000 block of West Main Street. During the course of the stop, the officer discovered the driver was illegally in possession of marijuana and Xanax pills. Narcotic officers were called to the scene to take over the case. Investigators charged the suspect with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and First Degree Possession of Marijuana.
