Mobile police investigate homicide on Congress Street

MOBILE, Al.
A man shot on Congress Street Wednesday afternoon has died, police say.
Mobile police responded to a report that a man had been shot at approximately 4:40 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, according to a police report.
Upon arrival, officers found an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds, police said.
The victim was transported to USA Medical Center where he died. His identity has not been released.
