MOBILE, Alabama
A 19-year-old man was arrested today in connection with the late-night robbery of the Circle K at 5601 Moffett Road on Serpt. 18, Mobile police said.
Spokesman Cpl. Christopher Levy said that Kobias Sanchez Lovett was arrested this morning in the 4700 block of Augusta Drive in Eight Mile. Lovett was taken to Mobile County Metro Jail on a 1st-degree robbery charge and was held this afternoon without bail.
Levy said Lovett was 1 of 3 men who held up the store with a handgun and a shotgun, taking money from the register before fleeing. No one was injured.
Levy said that anyone who has information on the other suspects should call police at 251-208-7211, CrimeStoppers at 251-208-7000 or text 264637 and include the keyword CRIME 411.
