Russell County man sentenced to 30 years for murder of his wife

RUSSELL COUNTY, Alabama 
Adrian Ezell, the Russell County man who confessed to killing his wife, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Ezell confessed to the June 2010 murder of his wife, Felisha Ezell. He pleaded guilty in court last month. Phenix City investigators say Adrian told dispatchers, police officers and family friends that he shot Felisha and was sorry.
Witnesses told police the couple had been arguing in their Jason Drive home before Felisha was killed.
